The mat measures 39-1/2 by 12-1/4 inches, and a 9-foot flexible tube carries air under pressure from the power unit to the mat, making the mat suitable for any standard-size tub in any location. Four bubble tubes run through the mat. A switch on the mat permits either the outside tubes or all four tubes to be activated, and a switch on the power unit permits either high or low bubbling action. For comfort, there’s a rubber cushion that can be positioned on the mat. For safety, the 500-watt power unit is equipped with a standard Appliance Leakage Circuit Interrupter that automatically turns the unit off if it’s accidentally immersed in water.
