The digital timer, with battery included, accurately counts down processing times from any time up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds. Counts up for use as a stopwatch too! Timer features a large digital display with a clip, easel stand, and magnet on back for convenient use. The canning funnel assures easy and neat filling of regular or wide-mouth canning jars. The flat end of the combination bubble remover/magnetic lid lifter gently releases trapped air bubbles from liquid in jars. Use the magnetic end to assist in lifting canning lids from hot water. Jar lifter helps to place jars in canner before processing and then safely and easily removes hot jars after processing. Kitchen tongs provide safe handling of hot foods for canning.
